Approach

Nowadays, at the point where developments of dermatological lasers’ have reached, a suitable laser treatment is possible for skin wrinkles, sagging, excessive lubrication, capillary enlargement, unwanted hair, all kinds of brown spots and many other problems.

The first step is to capture, with professional systems, the multifaceted special images of the skin and subcutaneous tissue of the patients who apply to the clinic for antiaging. This way, before and after treatment can be evaluated objectively.

After the imaging, the patient is interviewed face to face and a treatment plan is decided upon according to patient’s expectations and priorities. The gradual development of laser technologies empowers doctors working in the field of medical aesthetics and cosmetic dermatology.

We were working with chemical peels, mesotherapy, filling materials and botulinum toxin injections 15-20 years ago, now it is possible to use many laser systems together.

For people who want to look better but don't want to lose their natural expression, lasers have come to the rescue in many ways, the amount of filler used was reduced.

In the past years, some lasers were used in skin rejuvenation. CO2 lasers peeled off the skin while tightening it. But long recovery periods and social isolation limited the use of these lasers. Erbium lasers healed faster but had insufficient effects on collagen production. Therefore, it could not fulfill a tightening function.

Initially fractional ones of these two laser systems were launched. It works by generating islands of healthy tissue with micro pulses in the treated area, thus healing faster. Now, thanks to the "smooth mode" Erbium lasers, we can peel the skin at the desired depth, heat it in a controlled manner to the desired depth. This means: Erbium lasers are now as effective on collagen, as CO2 lasers.

Similarly, while the Long Pulse Nd YAG Laser was previously used in capillary treatment, it can now be used for heating and tightening tissues which are at deeper levels. If desired, it can also be used with the extension of flow times for the purpose of melting fat tissue in a controlled manner. We call this laser system "piano laser" (XLP Nd YAG).

What is Coolaser?

Coolaser or cold laser, fractional Erbium Laser, is a laser application that peels off the skin imperceptibly without hindrances to flow of daily life. It can often be combined with filling applications in the same session.

Areas where lasers are used.

Lasers used for tightening can particularly be used on the face and neck, as well as areas where we desire firming and/or thinning, such as the décolleté, arms, inner thighs and abdomen.

New Application Areas…

The distance between the nose and lips can be shortened with the application performed on the patchy mucosa in the mouth, thus by tightening the area. With the application to the inner parts of the lower eye lid, the loss of elasticity can be reversed, and the pouch appearance can be regressed. The tightening of the genital area, the lumination of the skin, and the increase in sexual pleasure are new areas of use.

Vaginal tightening lasers, lasers used in the field of gynecology for urinary incontinence and genital organ sagging have found their places as alternatives to surgery. We can even perform laser snoring treatment with these lasers.
