Which foods protect against skin blemishes and which ones trigger them?

According to recent studies, it is known that some foods have positive, and some have negative effects on skin blemishes. In the process of complementary nutrition therapy, in line with the guidance of our dietitian, we include plenty of foods that heal skin spots in your nutrition program, and we aim to consume foods that increase sensitivity in a controlled manner.

Foods that trigger skin spots

While struggling with skin spots, you should consume less of the foods that increase your sensitivity. You should avoid contact with the sun when you consume these foods and use sunscreen lotion. Also, since the use of products containing these will trigger your skin spots, it is recommended not to use them without consulting your doctor. Foods you should be careful to consume during skin spot treatment process and products which contain them;
